		<description><![CDATA[ La pasta con broccoli è una ricetta davvero molto semplice e gustosa, originale di una tradizione povera in cui si cercavano di unire ingredienti facilmente reperibili. In effetti è anche una pasta che con accortezza può essere inserita all&#8217;interno di un regime dietetico , perchè cucinando molti broccoli si può ridurre il peso di pasta e rimanere comunque molto soddisfatti. 		<description><![CDATA[ Scritto da Angela E&#8217; buffo come a volte cerchiamo ingredienti particolari e accostamenti insoliti quando, invece, è proprio sotto i nostri occhi tutto ciò che ci occorre per piatti gustosi e nutrienti. E&#8217; da qualche tempo, infatti, che ho scoperto la bontà e versatilità in cucina del Pezzente della montagna materana .  Il Pezzente, presidio Slow Food di Basilicata, è una salsiccia prodotta dalle parti meno nobili del maiale.  E&#8217; conciata con aglio e semi di finocchietto selvatico ed ha un aroma incredibile .  Credo sia la più adatta in cucina in quanto, essendo un po&#8217; più grassa, rimane sempre morbida in cottura, non si secca come la lucanica. Ho pensato, pertanto, di unire il pezzente della montagna materana alle cicerchie , altra perla della Murgia, con dei cavatelli rigorosamente di semola Senatore Cappelli . ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[ Vi chiederete perchè pubblicare la ricetta dei friarielli, un piatto semplice, facile da fare, sarà che sono di nuovo lontano da Napoli, e  proprio stamattina sono stata in un piccolo mercato, in provincia di Milano,  e li ho visti&#8230;..erano li su un banco&#8230;..sembravano spaesati&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; nessuno li guardava.  La verdura in foglia penso che solo a Napoli ha trovato asilo, non per niente i napoletani venivano chiamati mangiafoglie, a causa della loro fame cronica, e in forza della loro creatività hanno dato vita a dei piatti utilizzando ingredienti &#8220;poveri&#8221; come  le cime di rapa che  diventano un piatto prelibato fritte nell&#8217;olio, e prendono il nome di friarielli, dal verbo frjere . ]]></description>
