Ingredienti: pasta sfoglia o frolla gia' pronta (io ho usato la pasta sfoglia 100g,ciocco fondente Dulciar 50g.latte 100g.mandorle 50g.cacao amaro 50g.farina 2 tuorli 100g.zucchero Foderare con la sfoglia uno stampo...bucherellare coi rebbi di una forchetta e cuocere per 15/20' a 180°... Intanto spezzettare il ciocco,scaldate il latte,tritate le mandorle,mescolate farina e cacao...ora che avete tutto pronto montate i tuor li e zucchero,versate il latte caldo stando attente a non formare grumi e cuocete la crema per 10' senza farla bollire.Togliete dal fuoco e unite il ciocco ,mescolate fino a farlo sciogliere tutto. Versate la crema ottenuta nel guscio di pasta sfoglia e cospargete con le mandorle tritate....ripassate al grill x 5/6'...Aspettate ch e raffreddi prima di tagliare le fette!! ]]></description>
