		<description><![CDATA[ Scritto da Angela Ne avevo una voglia pazzesca!  E soprattutto la crêpe salata o dolce è la soluzione ideale quando si ha davvero poco tempo per cucinare e quando non si hanno a disposizione molti ingredienti per preparare qualcosa di più elaborato. Oggi, per esempio, questo è stato il mio pranzo: il frigo era semivuoto, avevo solo degli spinaci già lessati nel congelatore, la stracciatella (straccetti di mozzarella con panna) e un trancio di capocollo da affettare . Per il resto in questa ricetta non troverete nè il pan grattato nè la frittura, ma vi assicuro che il risultato filante e goloso sarà lo stesso.
