Oggi, per esempio, questo è stato il mio pranzo: il frigo era semivuoto, avevo solo degli spinaci già lessati nel congelatore, la stracciatella (straccetti di mozzarella con panna) e un trancio di capocollo da affettare . 		<description><![CDATA[ Scritto da Angela E dopo il cake salato e i cavatelli fatti in casa , era ora di testare la farina di grano arso in una ricetta dolce.  Ho pensato, così di preparare dei gustosissimi muffins , che io adoro per colazione o per il tè pomeridiano. Certo, anche qui ho dovuto trovare il giusto equilibrio , in modo tale che l&#8217;aroma di tostatura non fosse eccessivo ma ben equilibrato ed estremamente gradevole.  Ho fatto in modo che la farina di grano arso non risultasse una &#8220;forzatura&#8221; ma un valore aggiunto, l&#8217;impronta identificativa di questi muffins. ]]></description>
