Centerpieces Dining Room Table The jig has a runner which slideshow in the miter track of the particular bandsaw table. Two keep downs were sufficient to be able to secure the leg towards the jig. I anchored a good L-shaped block & a lengthy block for positioning typically the leg on the jig. Once you have cut away 2 edges, the long block is not accurate and it becomes necessary to set up your mark on the bottom from the leg with the edge in the jig before clamping. Because legs were salvaged that they had old screw holes inside them which were filled prior to artwork. In retrospect, it would have looked cool in order to leave them.
Centerpieces Dining Room Table lightly sanded the legs with one hundred & 150 grit sandpaper which smoothed them with no removing all the saw scars. One coat of chalk paint and 2 jackets of clear Briwax utilized to finish the legs. Briwax yellows the finish a bit that aged the paint perfectly. Between coats of Briwax I sanded through the color on some of the edges along with 100 grit paper to demonstrate wear.
