		<description><![CDATA[ Scritto da Angela Finalmente le feste son terminate, son belle ma davvero stressanti, ed io mi sono rimessa a pasticciare in cucina. In particolare, ho inaugurato il 2012 con la farina di grano arso per farci un meraviglioso cake.  Era da tempo che volevo provarlo, tentata anche dalle ricette di Elisa e di Sara che, al posto del grano arso ha utilizzato la farina di grano saraceno.  Il suo cake l&#8217;ho assaggiato personalmente a casa sua e mi ha davvero lasciato un bel ricordo. Non ho utilizzato la salvia perché non ne avevo a disposizione in casa e perché preferisco di gran lunga il rosmarino.  Devo dire che non è il primo tentativo che faccio, perché la farina di grano arso è davvero difficile da dosare.  Abusarne significa appesantire troppo il cake con il suo aroma di tostatura.  Ma se utilizzata bene, se bilanciata opportunamente, la farina di grano arso conferisce al cake un sapore ed un profumo unico]]></description>
