		<description><![CDATA[ Chi ama le minestre e i passati di verdura in estate sarà un pò in difficoltà&#8230;anche se un buon passato di verdura può essere gustato anche freddo, ci sono alcune minestre che fredde sono ancora più buone che subito dopo la preparazione. Un classico esempio è la minestra fredda di cipollotti e patate. Inoltre è un piatto leggero perchè non prevede l&#8217;aggiunta di pasta, e si può accompagnare con delle bruschette di pane, magari leggermente velate di aglio. ]]></description>
